Keith

Keith is the podcast’s resident numbers guy—by day, a seasoned Product Developer in the financial sector, building tools and solutions used by financial planners and attorneys across the country. He’s been working remotely since 2001 (yes, before it was cool, trendy, or done in pajama pants), a move that let him pursue what he considers his most meaningful role: being a stay-at-home dad.

Recently, Keith added another achievement to his wall of accomplishments by earning his CFP® certification—a milestone that pairs perfectly with his analytical mind and his love for helping others make sense of the complex world of finance.

Behind the mic, Keith transforms into something wildly different: the self-proclaimed Treadmill Princess. And he does not take that title lightly. He names his treadmills—yes, plural—after women, and the jokes he makes about them toe the line between humorous and “should we be concerned?” It’s fine. Probably.

Keith’s love language is chocolate, specifically Hershey Kisses, which he consumes at a rate that would horrify most nutritionists. It’s estimated that roughly half his daily calories come from those silver-wrapped miracles, and honestly, it explains a lot.

Originally from New Orleans, seasoned by eight years in Austin, and now back in North Carolina, Keith brings a unique blend of Southern charm, Texas stubbornness, and runner-nerd energy to the show. He loves diving into the science of training—VO2 max, lactate thresholds, cadence mechanics, optimization strategies—if it can be charted, graphed, measured, or overanalyzed, Keith is your guy.

Structurally? Well… he brings very little of that. In fact, he’s probably the primary reason the FCC may one day have a strongly worded letter ready for this podcast. But the chaos? The debates nobody asked for but now can’t stop listening to? That’s what he’s all about.
